True beauty

Hi all

I just wanted to share with you some photos I took in the past week whilst in Cornwall, England.

'Mah rabu ma'asecha Hashem' - 'How great are Your deeds, G-d'.

It is amazing to be able to recognise the precision and beauty of these wonders; something I have not always been able to appreciate. I am so grateful to regain this pleasure which can often be taken for granted. Years ago I would have been crying with sadness, unable to see the beauty others seemed to see.  Now, each time I see a rainbow, each time I get a glimpse of a breathtaking sunset or hear the sound of the waves crashing agasint the shore, I feel happiness and contentment.

"Well you only need the light when it's burning low
Only miss the sun when it starts to snow
Only know you've been high when you're feeling low
Only hate the road when you’re missin' home
Only know you love her when you let her go"
(Passenger, Let her Go)

Without the experience of depression and anehdonia, I would not be able to understand what this beauty truly means.  For we can only appreciate something fully when we have been without it.

The sun, the sea, the sky, the sand - all can be appreciated as true beauty.

Treasure each and every moment.   These are truly beautiful places to visit and if you can, it will be worth your while!

Enjoy the pictures
